Method

  1. Step 1

    Fry the sweet potato in half the oil, covered, for 12 minutes, stirring now and then.

  2. Step 2

    Add onion for 5 minutes, then turkey, sage and paprika until browned.

  3. Step 3

    Wilt in the kale.

  4. Step 4

    Fry the eggs in the remaining oil and serve on top with black pepper.
