Method

  1. Step 1

    Marinate the chops in yogurt, garlic and spices for at least 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Warm the beans with rosemary and 4 tbsp water; mash roughly with half the oil.

  3. Step 3

    Griddle the chops 3 to 4 minutes a side; rest 5 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Wilt the greens in the remaining oil; finish with lemon.

  5. Step 5

    Serve chops on mash with greens and resting juices.
