  1. Step 1

    Cook and cool the rice with a splash of vinegar.

  2. Step 2

    Toss the salmon in soy, sesame oil and vinegar; chill 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Bowl the rice with salmon, edamame, cucumber and avocado.

  4. Step 4

    Top with sesame, spring onions and pickled ginger.
