Charred hispi quarters under miso butter, on garlicky butter beans.
Quantities scaled from the original (2 servings).
Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Char the oiled cabbage cut-sides in a hot ovenproof pan, 3 minutes a side.
Mash miso, butter and honey; spread over the cabbage and roast at 200C fan for 15 minutes.
Simmer the beans with garlic and their liquid 8 minutes; crush a few, add lemon.
Serve cabbage on beans with sesame and dill.
