    Cook the orzo; drain.

  2. Step 2

    Char the corn in a dry pan; golden the halloumi in the oil.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk lemon and extra virgin oil.

  4. Step 4

    Toss everything with basil and chilli. Warm or cold.
