Method

  1. Step 1

    Blitz bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder and cinnamon; rest 5 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Fry small pancakes in the butter, 2 minutes a side; makes about 8.

  3. Step 3

    Warm the blueberries with honey until they burst.

  4. Step 4

    Stack with berries and yogurt.
