Method

  1. Step 1

    Toss the wedges in half the oil; roast at 200C fan for 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Mix turkey, apple, onion, sage, breadcrumbs and egg; shape 4 patties.

  3. Step 3

    Fry in the remaining oil 5 to 6 minutes a side until cooked through.

  4. Step 4

    Build the buns with leaves, tomato and a yogurt-mayo; serve with wedges.
