Method

  1. Step 1

    Fry the tempeh in half the oil until deeply golden; glaze with soy and maple.

  2. Step 2

    Warm the rice.

  3. Step 3

    Fry the eggs crisp in the rest of the oil.

  4. Step 4

    Bowl rice, tempeh, kimchi and eggs; finish with sesame oil, seeds and spring onion.
