Method

  1. Step 1

    Blitz the dates and apricots to a paste.

  2. Step 2

    Add flax, half the sesame, oats, almond butter and salt; pulse to a firm dough.

  3. Step 3

    Roll into 12 balls and coat in the remaining sesame.

  4. Step 4

    Chill 30 minutes; keeps a week in the fridge.
