Method

  1. Step 1

    Boil the potatoes 15 minutes, adding beans for the last 4; drain.

  2. Step 2

    Boil the eggs 7 minutes; peel and halve.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard and capers.

  4. Step 4

    Sear the tuna 1 to 2 minutes a side in a fierce pan.

  5. Step 5

    Toss everything but the tuna in dressing; slice the tuna over.
