The takeaway favourite rebuilt: tomato-cashew sauce, restrained butter, paneer seared not fried.
Quantities scaled from the original (4 servings).
Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Cook the rice.
Sear the paneer in the oil until golden; remove.
Soften onion in the butter; add garlic, ginger and spices.
Add tomatoes; simmer 15 minutes. Blitz with cashews, honey and milk until silky.
Return paneer; simmer 5 minutes. Coriander over rice.
