  1. Step 1

    Cook the rice.

  2. Step 2

    Sear the paneer in the oil until golden; remove.

  3. Step 3

    Soften onion in the butter; add garlic, ginger and spices.

  4. Step 4

    Add tomatoes; simmer 15 minutes. Blitz with cashews, honey and milk until silky.

  5. Step 5

    Return paneer; simmer 5 minutes. Coriander over rice.
