Method

  1. Step 1

    Blanch broad beans and peas 3 minutes; cool and slip the beans from their skins.

  2. Step 2

    Dress with lemon, 2 tbsp oil, mint and chilli.

  3. Step 3

    Rub the grilled bread with garlic.

  4. Step 4

    Tear the burrata over plates, pile on the beans and peas, finish with remaining oil.
