Method

  1. Step 1

    Warm the berries with honey until saucy.

  2. Step 2

    Whisk eggs, milk and cinnamon; soak the bun halves 30 seconds a side.

  3. Step 3

    Fry in the butter 2 to 3 minutes a side until golden.

  4. Step 4

    Stack with yogurt and warm berries.
