Method

  1. Step 1

    Boil the edamame for 2 minutes; drain.

  2. Step 2

    Smash with the avocado, lime, salt and half the chilli; keep it chunky.

  3. Step 3

    Toast the bread, rub with the cut lime if you like, and pile on the smash.

  4. Step 4

    Finish with oil, mint and remaining chilli.
