Roast salmon flaked over warm buttered Jerseys, cucumber and a mustard-dill dressing.
Quantities scaled from the original (2 servings).
Tick ingredients off as you gather them.
Boil the potatoes 15 minutes; toss with butter.
Roast the salmon at 200C fan for 12 minutes; flake.
Whisk yogurt, mustard, honey and vinegar.
Toss potatoes, cucumber and half the dill in dressing; top with salmon and the rest of the dill.
