Method

  1. Step 1

    Fry the pork hard in the oil until crisp; add garlic, ginger and soy.

  2. Step 2

    Cook the noodles; blanch the pak choi alongside. Keep 4 tbsp water.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk tahini, vinegar, honey and noodle water in the serving bowls.

  4. Step 4

    Noodles into the sauce; pork and pak choi on top. Spice to taste.
