Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the rice.

  2. Step 2

    Brown the chicken in half the oil; remove.

  3. Step 3

    Blitz and fry onion, garlic and ginger in the rest; add spices for 1 minute.

  4. Step 4

    Return chicken with ground almonds and stock; simmer 15 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Off the heat, stir in the yogurt gradually.

  6. Step 6

    Serve on rice with almonds and coriander.
