Method

  1. Step 1

    Brown the chicken in the oil; remove.

  2. Step 2

    Soften onion and peppers; garlic and rosemary in.

  3. Step 3

    Wine to deglaze; tomatoes, olives and capers in.

  4. Step 4

    Return chicken; simmer half-covered 35 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Serve over polenta, mash or with bread.
