Method

  1. Step 1

    Mix turkey, courgette, crumbs, egg, Parmesan and oregano; roll 20 balls.

  2. Step 2

    Brown in the oil; remove.

  3. Step 3

    Garlic in the pan, then tomatoes and chilli; simmer 10 minutes. Return the balls for 10 more.

  4. Step 4

    Spaghetti under; basil over.
