Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 190C fan.

  2. Step 2

    Mix dry; stir in buttermilk and honey to a shaggy dough.

  3. Step 3

    Shape a round on a floured tray; cut a deep cross, scatter seeds.

  4. Step 4

    Bake 38 to 40 minutes until hollow-sounding. Cool before slicing.
