Method

  1. Step 1

    Fry the garlic and chilli gently in the oil.

  2. Step 2

    Add tomatoes and beans with their liquid; simmer 8 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Add prawns for 3 minutes until pink.

  4. Step 4

    Lemon and parsley over; bread or couscous under.
