Method

  1. Step 1

    Whisk the oil, mustard and lemon in the bottom of a large bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Add beans, onion, tomatoes and capers; toss well.

  3. Step 3

    Flake in the tuna, fold through the rocket and season with black pepper.
