Method

  1. Step 1

    Whisk tahini, soy, vinegar, maple and 2 tbsp water.

  2. Step 2

    Toss cabbage, carrot, spring onions and chicken in the dressing.

  3. Step 3

    Lay the wraps; pile filling, coriander and sesame along the centre.

  4. Step 4

    Roll tightly, tucking the ends; wrap in paper and halve at the picnic.
