  1. Step 1

    Heat the grill. Whisk eggs, milk and herbs.

  2. Step 2

    Warm the vegetables in the oil in an ovenproof pan.

  3. Step 3

    Eggs over; feta dotted in; 8 minutes gently.

  4. Step 4

    Grill 3 to 4 minutes until just set. Salad alongside.
