Method

  1. Step 1

    Toast the seeds in a dry pan until popping.

  2. Step 2

    Add maple, oil and chilli; bubble 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.

  3. Step 3

    Spread thin on baking paper; salt over.

  4. Step 4

    Bake at 160C fan for 10 minutes; cool hard and snap.
