Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200C fan; line a tray.

  2. Step 2

    Mix crumbs, zest, herbs, garlic and 2 tbsp oil.

  3. Step 3

    Brush the salmon with mustard and remaining oil; press on the crust.

  4. Step 4

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until just cooked through.

  5. Step 5

    Serve with potatoes and asparagus.
