Method

  1. Step 1

    Mix salmon, rice, spring onions, egg, sesame and soy; form 6 patties.

  2. Step 2

    Fry in the oil 3 to 4 minutes a side until crisp.

  3. Step 3

    Toss cabbage and carrot with vinegar and sesame oil.

  4. Step 4

    Patties, slaw, lime.
