Method

  1. Step 1

    Fry the blitzed mushrooms dry, 10 minutes; mix with chestnuts, beans, crumbs, fennel, soy and thyme.

  2. Step 2

    Halve the pastry lengthways; log of filling down each, roll and seal.

  3. Step 3

    Cut into 8; glaze and seed.

  4. Step 4

    Bake at 190C fan for 28 to 30 minutes. Warm or cold.
