Method

  1. Step 1

    Beat eggs, water and herbs; fry two thin omelettes in the oil, 2 minutes each. Cool.

  2. Step 2

    Spread wraps with hummus; lay over the cold omelettes.

  3. Step 3

    Add carrot, rocket and lemon; roll tightly and halve.
